The service
WCLAW Lab provides managed website, SEO, and social media services delivered through a combination of AI systems and human oversight, billed as monthly packages. Signing up creates an account; service begins when a package is selected and billing is active.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you own or are authorized to manage the business, website, and social accounts you connect. You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide and for reviewing content where approval is requested.
Content and publishing
Work we produce for you (website changes, content, posts) belongs to you. We publish to your accounts only under the access you grant, within the autonomy level you set. You can pause publishing or revoke access at any time from your dashboard.
Billing and cancellation
Packages bill monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel any time; service continues through the end of the paid period. No long-term contracts.
Managed advertising
If you choose managed advertising, you authorize a monthly spending limit and the advertising channels WCLAW may manage. WCLAW may spend less than that limit. WCLAW cannot increase it without your approval. Your advertising accounts and campaign data remain associated with your business.
Managed media funding is a separate one-time payment for advertising services during the named service month. It is not part of your monthly WCLAW service fee. It is not transferable, withdrawable, or usable as a general payment balance. WCLAW does not enable campaign spending until payment clearance is confirmed.
Advertising channels can report or settle charges after activity occurs. WCLAW reconciles provider-reported spending against your managed media funding and may slow or pause campaigns to prevent spending beyond cleared funds. Payment disputes, failed payments, lost account access, or reconciliation differences automatically block new spending while WCLAW reviews the issue.
On cancellation, unused cleared media funding is eligible for refund after final provider reconciliation, less advertising charges already incurred and nonrecoverable channel charges. Refund timing depends on the payment method and advertising channel settlement timing.
